Janasetu (developer: Janasetu) respects your right to have your personal information erased. Follow the steps below to request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.

How to Submit a Deletion Request

1. Open the e-mail account that you used to register on Janasetu.
2. Create a new e-mail to delete-request@janasetu.in.
3. Set the subject line to Delete My Account.
4. In the message body, include your:
   • Janasetu User ID (find it in the app: Profile → Settings).
   • Optional: brief reason for leaving (helps us improve).
5. Send the e-mail. We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and complete deletion within 7 days.
